Sedgemoor Community Connector

Sedgemoor Community Connector CIC is a Bridgwater-based community organisation working to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and help people feel more connected to their local community. We provide practical support, social groups, family activities, community drop-ins and opportunities for people to build confidence, skills and friendships. Our work includes support for neurodivergent adults, families, young people and people experiencing financial or social challenges. We also work closely with local organisations to connect people with the right support.
